L.E.A.P. (Leadership through Experiential and Affective Programme) is a series of practical-based Programme with time catered for experiential learning because we understand that different participants have different learning styles. For some participants of relatively short attention span, it will be grueling to make them sit for hours listening to a talk as well.



What can the participants learn?

What is more important in our Programme is the evaluation used. Following Kirkpatrick’s 4 Level Evaluation Model, we will conduct evaluation on all 4 levels in which you measure how effective the training Programme accomplish its targeted goals. This step in the learning process is usually ignored. However, as the demand for more accountability from training efforts increases, there lies the interest in measuring and reporting results.
