PHNOM PENH AND SEAM REAP 5 DAYS

The tour start in Phnom Penh, with visits to all highlighted sites of the capital city: National Museum, Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Wat Phnom, Victory Monument, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison), Cheung Ek Killing Field and Russian Market. The other 02 days, we will leave for Siem Reap where Angkor Complex is everyone’s desire to see in Cambodia. The highlight of the trip is to visit Angkor Wat – the world’s largest religious building. Along with that, enjoying the spectacular sunset from the temple, elephant cruising, temple visits, and boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake to visit floating villages are also of visitors’ interests to Cambodia.

Day 1: Arrive Phnom Penh

Warmly welcome on arrival in Phnom Penh airport. You are transferred to hotel. At leisure. Welcome dinner at local restaurant.

Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 2: Phnom Penh (B/L)

In the morning you visit National Museum, Royal Palace, and Silver Pagoda ocated within the grounds of the Royal Palace. Then continue your visit to the riverfront for a view of the confluence of Mekong and Tonle Sap River is the geographically unique. Visit Wat Phnom, Yeay Penh’s statue (grand mother Penh) at southwest of the hills. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon you visit the Victory Monument – the symbolize Cambodian Independence regained from French colonialism in 1953. Then visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21 prison) and Cheung Ek Killing Field. Time to enjoy shopping at Russian Market.

Day 3: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap(B/D)

Today you leave Phnom Penh for Siem Reap by flight. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom( 12th century), the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon you visit to the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares, which is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Enjoy a wonderful sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hills. Dinner with show at local restaurant.

Overnight in Seam Reap.

Day 4: Siem Reap (B/L)

Today you visit to Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art. Then contnue your visit to Banteay Samre, build in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four wings. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang (“The Royal Baths” was once used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Ta Keo, constructed in late 10th early 11th century C.E and Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temple.

Overnight in Seam Reap.

Day 5: Departure (B)

After breakfast you take a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake to visit floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, hospitals, and visit the school of the “Les Artisans d’Angkor”. Transfer to Siem Reap International airport departure flight.
