Hard trekking, big adventure, private tour, 2 nights on train, 2 nights camping on Fansipan mountain, 1 hotel night in Sapa town, 3 days hard trek up to the top of Fansipan moutain – Fansipan branded the Roof of Indochina at the height of 3,143m.

Highlights tour:

Lao Cai provice: Lao Cai, the end of the line so to speak, is right on the Vietnam–China border. The town was razed in the Chinese invasion of 1979, so most of the buildings are new. The border crossing here slammed shut during the 1979 war and only reopened in 1993.

Sapa town: Well, Sapa brings in peace in a fine, rugged scenery and cultural diversity… a very sweet time for us!” remarked a young couple after their honeymoon in Sa Pa.

Fansipan mountain: Mount Fansipan is Vietnam’s highest peak located in the far north just outside of Sapa. Mt. Fansipan a very steep mountain that gets a lot of moisture. Those looking to climb it should be in good shape and prepared to to have muddy wet feet. The scenery is incredible remember to bring a camera. For most of Vietnam having a rain coat is a little excessive because it is so warm. On the mountain having a rain coat is not a bad idea especially at night.
