Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh Arrival

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, welcome by our guide and driver,transfer to you hotel for check in.Free time at leisure.

Day 2 : Ho Chi Minh City – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

Getting started at 08 am from your hotel, transferring to Tay Ninh, near the Cambodian border, is home to the unique Cao Dai sect, whose patron saints include Joan of Arc, Victor Hugo and Winston Churchill to name a few. The religion is an odd mix of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and Christianity.In the afternoon visit CU CHI TUNNELS, which never been discovered by American forces, the CU CHI TUNNELS were an important Vietcong base during the American War. Stretching over 200 km, this incredible underground network, dug by hand out of hard laterite, connected command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories. Today, you can walk through the area and learn about the day-to-day life of the VC, see the cleverly disguised entrances and elaborate boby-traps, and even venture inside the tunnels, some of which have been modified to accommodate tourists.

Day 3 : Ho Chi Minh – CanTho (B/L)

In the morning,drive to Cai Be in the heart of the Mekong Delta stopping to take photos in Tan An town overlooking the picturesque flat rice fields. On arrival in Cai Be, set off by motor boat to visit the Cai Be floating market and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Then wander into the small villages to visit the orchard and fruit plantation. Keep cruising through a series of small canals to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Arrive in Binh Hoa Phuoc village, the green pearl of Vinh Long town, where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy a lunch of fresh river food served in the heart of the garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Take a delightful walk through the bonsai garden.Continue the journey to Vinh Long and then drive to Can Tho, the largest town in the Mekong Delta.

Day 4 : Can Tho – Danang – Hoi An (B/L)

In the morning, we make the boat cruise to see the Cai Rang floating market where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery ,roam through the village to visit a rice husking mill, a rice noodles making shop which are nice chances to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong Delta. Have lunch at local restaurant before driving back to Ho Chi Minh City for your flight to Danang. Pick up and transfer to you hotel.

Day 5 : Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An (B/L)

After breakfast, we invite you an interesting visit to My Son Holy land, once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dominated South East Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied most of the central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in history and culture. Contemplate its remarkable red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries.Drive back to Hoi An, we end today’s beautiful Hoi An tour with the visit to the former merchants’ homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda and the colourful riverside market.

Day 6 : Hoi An (B)

Hoi An is well known as beautifully preserved historic city can be best visited on foot. Wander through the cobbled street, pass low tile – roofed buildings and explore the busting central market and the small Harbour where colourful painted boats are moored.Day free to cycle through rice paddies in the countryside of Hoi An ancient town, shop for souvenirs among the antique shops and art galleries, or just sit at sidewalk cafes and soak up the atmosphere of this quaint town. Or relax on the white sandy beach of the famous China Beach.

Day 7 : Hoi An – Hue (B/L)

After breakfast, leave Hoi An for Hue, the last imperial capital of Vietnam, well-known for magnific architecture, pagodas and royal tombs laid in small villages and surrounding hills. En route have a look at the famous China Beach and visit Cham Museum which contains the finest collection of Cham sculpture in the world. Upon arrival in Hue, check in and free at leisure.

Day 8 : Hue city tour- Ha Noi (B/L)

Take a Dragon boat trip along the Perfume River visiting Thien Mu pagoda, before continuing on to the Royal Mausoleum’s of Tu Duc.Emperor Tu Duc, who ruled Hue more than 100 years ago, built his tomb when he was still alive and used it for meditation, reading and theater performances. There are pavilions in a tranquil setting of forested hills and lakes. The tomb was constructed between 1864 and 1867. Tu Duc, who was the longest reigning Emperor, lived a luxurious life.Your lunch will be provided in a local restaurant in town . In the afternoon. Transfer to airport for domestic flight to Hanoi

Day 9: Hanoi – Mai Chau (B/L/D)

Traveling to the province of Hoa Binh, we pass through a region of spectacular limestone mountains and tea plantations to arrive in Mai Chau. We spend the night in a village long house of the White Thai minority, experiencing their wonderful hospitality, traditional dancing and rice wine.

Day 10: Mai Chau – Son La (B/L/D)

The road to Son La is lined with fruit orchards, tea plantations, towering mountains and the traffic of Black Thai, Mea, Muong and White Thai hill tribe people heading to markets. We visit the Prison Museum, which remains as a poignant reminder of the inequities of the former French colonial rule

Day 11: Son La – Dien Bien Phu (B/L/D)

Impressive scenery, and hill tribe villages fill the journey to Dien Bien Phu, the last bastion of French power in Indochina. Monuments, museums and preserved bunkers tell the story of the final and victorious liberating battle of 1954.

Day 12: Dien Bien Phu – Muong Lay (B/L/D)

Morning visit of the museum and sites of Dien Bien Phu. Drive to Lai Chau, Visit a village of the Black Dao People,walk along Da River before getting to your hotel that located in very lovely quiet town.

Day 13: Muong Lay – Sapa Tour (B/L/D)

Drive to Sa Pa, you will see many different ethnic villages of the Lao, Lu, Black Dao, Tien Dao, Day, Red H’mong before driving up to the highest pass in Vietnam-Hoang Lien Son. Stop over on top that called “Heaven Gate” for a wonderful view down to amazing valley and FanXiPan-the highest mount in Indochina (Roof of Indochina). You also visit “Silver Waterfall”-the nicest one in the area before getting to your hotel in Sapa.

Day 14: Lao Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D)

Sapa is the Queen of the Mountains, overlooking a beautiful valley, lofty mountains towering over the town on all sides.Treking down to valley visit Lao Chai and Ta Van village of the Black H’mong and the Day people where you can enjoy fresh air, amazing scenery of the imposing mountain range, beautiful terraced rice fields, visit some local family on the way and learn unique culture and life of these ethnic groups. Back to Sapa by car, free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 15: Sapa – Lao Cai (B/L/D)

In the morning, we trek to Cat Cat village (2 km from Sapa town) where you will visit the village of Black H’mong hill tribes. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Sapa Valley. Back to hotel. In the afternoon, we transfer you back to Lao Cai station to take night train back to Hanoi.

Day 16: Hanoi Arrival (B)

Early morning arrival in Hanoi, transfer to your hotel for early check in. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 17: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (B/L/D)

Morning drive to Ha Long Bay, with a stop-over at the ceramic and hand embroidery workshops en

route. Arrival Ha long at noon ,welcome aboard and set sail through bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons’ teeth.

After lunch, take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, go swimming on a quite beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Later afternoon, visit an interesting fishing village with opportunity to interact with fishmen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations.

Back on board and enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at restaurant for a lavish dinner.

Day 18: Halong Bay Cruise – Hanoi (B)

Waking up and having breakfast served onboard. Continue cruising around the bay. Take sampan to visit Luon Cave and come back to the boat. Having brunch before disembarking and van will pick you up at the pier and transfer back to Hanoi. Visit Dong Trieu ceramic and pottery village on the way. Arrive in Hanoi at 04:00 pm. Free at leisure.

Day 19: Hanoi Departure (B)

Free at leisure until transferring to Noi Bai airport to take departure flight. It is time to say goodbye Vietnam and we wish you a safe and nice journey back to home. HOME SWEET HOME. End of service
