Day 1: Arrival Ho Chi Minh City

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, our tour guide and driver and transfer you hotel for check in. Ho Chi Minh, the most exciting city of Vietnam, a mecca of commerce, also a city with a chequered history and a rich culture, its pagodas, museums, public buildings, parks and boulevards make it one of the most delightful Vietnam Tours.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh (B/L)

After breakfast, we Drive to My Tho (65km) – The quiet capital city of Tien Giang province, is the traditional gateway to the Mekong Delta, On arrival,taking a private boat trip along the small canals of Mekong River seeing the daily life of the Mekong River people in both sides of the river.Visiting a rice farm, coconut candy factory and honey bee farm. Continue our journey by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests to reach an island. Stroll on a fruit garden, taste diverse types of seasonal fruits, tea mixed with bee’s honey and enjoy a special folk show of traditional Mekong Delta music.Before back to Sai Gon visit the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda, the most famous pagoda in the south of Vietnam whose architecture is a mixture of Vietnamese, Kh’mer and Chineses.

Day 3:  Ho Chi Minh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh (B/L)

Morning pick up from the hotel for Cu Chi Tunnels tour, en route to visit the bustling market at Thu Dau Mot. Upon arrival in Cu Chi, we visit the incredible underground tunnel network of approximately 200 kilometers hand-constructed by Vietnamese guerillas during the long struggle for independence where you will understand more about the Vietnam War or American War.After lunch drive back to Ho Chi Minh free in the afternoon.

Day 4: Saigon – Dalat (B) (G)

A short flight takes you to Dalat City – The former French colonial hill station town of Dalat was founded over 100 years ago by a French scientist, Dr Alexander Yersin. In the afternoon, we will visit the Summer Palace of the last emperor of Vietnam, Bao Dai, and Hang Nga Guesthouse, known as the ‘Crazy House’ to locals because of its bizarre architecture. You may also wish to pay a visit to one of Dalat’s most notable residents, Buddhist monk/artist, Vien Thuc.

Day 5: Dalat Tour (B/L)

A visit to Lang Biang will reveal a land of serene natural beauty surrounded by greenery of vegetable terraces. The mountain village of Xa Lat situated at the foot of the Mount Lang Biang is the home of Lat ethnic minority group. For more adventures, tourists will be transferred by Jeep to the summit of the Mount at 2,169m for a spectacular view of Dalat City.

Day 6 : Dalat – Phan Thiet (B)

After breakfast, we drive to Phan Thiet (5 hours), once a part of the Cham Kingdom, an unremarkable town with a reasonable beach, some decent hotels, and a very good golf course. In a nice setting with white sand beaches and coconut trees, the beach resort of Phan Thiet is also endowed with amazing spots such as sand dunes, natural lakes and astonishing red canyons. Phan Thiet still has sizeable populations of Cham and Raglai ethnic minority groups. The former are a part of the area’s Cham heritage. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, free time at leisure.

Day 7 – 8: Phan Thiet (B)

Days are free at leisure to explore the area including the fishing village of Mui Ne which locates at the far end of the beach, the village and several hectares of massive rolling sand dunes make a pleasant diversion from relaxing on the beach, swimming and windsurfing. The village is worth a visit for three reasons – firstly, very few tourists go further than the dunes, secondly, the small harbour is picturesque (there’s an excellent view from where the dunes road turns off) and the third, there’s an interesting pagoda where followers of Vietnam’s whale cult hold services and store skeletons of the massive sea mammals.

Day 9: Phan Thiet – Saigon (B)

Free at leisure until we transfer you to the airport for your onward flight.
