Day 1: Saigon Arrival

Our tour guide will meet and greet you upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City – formerly Saigon, the city located on the right bank of the Saigon River, a tributary of the Dong Nai, Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is the largest city, the greatest port, and the commercial and industrial center of Vietnam. It has an airport and is the focus of the country’s highways, railroads, and Mekong Delta waterways.Check-in hotel and the rest of time you will be at leisure.

Day 2: Saigon City Tours – Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L/D)

In the morning, the tour guide will pick you up at the hotel and today you will visit all interesting sites and landmarks in Saigon City. First stop is Notre Dame Catholic Cathedral and short visit to French built Post Office nearby, and then we will proceed to see the Reunification Palace, formerly the Presidential Palace governed by the US-pro government of Republic of Vietnam. then we will visit the War Remnants Museum, which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War. Break time for lunch. In the afternoon, we drive to Cu Chi which never been discovered by American forces, the CU CHI TUNNELS were an important Viet cong base during the American War. Stretching over 200 km, this incredible underground network, dug by hand out of hard laterite, connected command posts, hospitals, shelter and weapon factories.The Cu Chi tunnels were the location of several military campaigns during the Vietnam War, and were the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam’s base of operations for the Tet Offensive in 1968. Touring the areas and then you will be transferred back to Saigon. Free time at leisure or shopping at Ben Thanh Market.

Day 3: Saigon – Mekong Delta – My tho(B/L)

Day trip to the watery world of the Mekong Delta – My Tho. Excursion to My Tho with a boat trip to Mekong River islands from Saigon. My Tho, a bustling town in the rich agricultural region of the Mekong Delta. Visit the VINH TRANG PAGODA, a beautiful temple and a sanctuary for orphans and other needy children. Afterwards board a local boat to explore the MEKONG RIVER ISLANDS, stopping at a fruit orchard to enjoy fruit and tea while listening to local music and THOI SON islet. The trip also includes a brief sampan ride through the tiny waterways that thread the island. Enjoy local specialties for lunch. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon. Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant

Day 4: Saigon – Nha Trang (B)

Free at leisure until we transfer you to Tan Son Nhat airport to take 1 hour flight to Nha Trang City – “The Top 100 Best Beach & Bay City in the World” ranked by the Forbes and Conde Nast Leisure & Travel Magazine. Nha Trang is a popular seaside resort known for its palm-lined white sand beaches and clear turquoise water. Some islands in Nha Trang are paradise for those who are interested in snorkeling and scuba diving. Free at leisure in the end afternoon.

Day 5: Nha Trang Island Trip (B/L)

Experience the coast of Nha Trang aboard a boat as you set out in the morning for the first stop at the Tri Nguyen Aquarium. You will then head out to Hon Mun Island where you have the chance for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. From here, continue to Hon Tam Island where you have the choice of relaxing on the beach or for the energetic – there is a choice of water sports. Lunch stop is at the fishing village of Lang Chai where you have time to explore the island before boarding the boat back to Nha Trang harbor. If time permits, we will visit the Po Nagar Towers, an outstanding of ancient Cham architecture before transfer you back to the hotel.

Day 6: Nha Trang – Hoi An (B)

At Leisure and then you will be taken to the airport in Nha Trang to take 1 hour flight to Danang City, famous for China Beach and the former R&R for US servicemen. Pick up upon arrival and transfer to Hoi An. Visit the fascinating Cham Museum, famous China Beach and the Marble Mountains en route to charming Hoi An. Hoi An Ancient Town is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a South-East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its buildings and its street plan reflect the influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to produce this unique heritage site. At leisure for the rest of day

Day 7: Hoi An Walking & River Tours (B/L)

Known as Faifo to early Western traders, Hoi An was one of South East Asia’s major international ports and today it still retains that special old-world feel. Enjoy a walking tour through the Old Quarters to see the town’s landmarks of Japanese Covered Bridge, ancient Assembly Hall, Phuc Kien Temple and then we take a river trip and you will enjoy the scenery along the Thu Bon River and the general view of Hoi An Ancient Town. Visit ceramic village of Thanh Ha, carpentry village of Kim Bong and Dai Chiem Estuary.

Day 8: Hoi An – Hanoi (B)

At Leisure until we transfer you back to the airport to take 1 hour flight to Hanoi – the capital city of Vietnam, is an elegant city located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil Restored Sword Lake at its heart. North of the lake are the bustling streets of the Old Quarter, each street named after the trade that used to take place there. Much of the city was transformed by the French when it became a French protectorate in the 1880s and there are wide boulevards and large colonial buildings which are now home to government departments and foreign embassies. You will be transferred to your hotel in the city center to refresh.

Day 9 : Hanoi – Hoa Lu -Tam Coc(B,L,D)

Pick-up from your hotel is at 8:00am, we have a 2 hour drive (110km South) to the city of Ninh Binh, also known as the Inland Halong and the Ancient Capital. It will be an exciting day highlighted, by a 2 hour boat ride in a hand woven bamboo row boat down the Tam Coc streams enjoying spectacular scenery surrounded by rice paddies and towering limestone mountain peaks.

After lunch served at a local riverside restaurant we make a short transfer down a peaceful country road to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital. There are two temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, the founders of the ancient capital during the 10th century. Return to Hanoi in the late of arternoon

Day 10: Hanoi city tour – Sapa (B/L)

Full day city tour to visit landmarks and other the major interesting sites like Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature “Vietnam’s 1st University built in the 10th C”. Break time for lunch and we will visit the Vietnam National History of Museum with good collection of prehistoric artifacts and everyday items of early history through eras and dynasties. Then we will take 1 hour by cyclo ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarters to experience daily life of people who are living in the oldest parts of the city, Enjoying the famous traditional water puppetry show in Thang Long Theatre where you will have chance to get a general picture of the daily activities typical to Vietnam’s rural areas. Free time for dinner and then we will go to Hanoi Railway station to catch night train to Sapa.

Day 11: Lao Cai – Sapa (B)

The train arrive in Lao Cai at 05:00 am. Drive uphill to Sapa. At an elevation of 1,500 meters, Sapa is the former hill retreat for French administrators when the heat in plain became unbearable. The remoteness and simple lifestyle of ethnic minorities are a highlight of Sapa although conditions are very basic. The ethnic people are frequently seen in this hill town and small vendors along the street sell local textiles and handicraft. In the afternoon, we trek to Cat Cat village (2 km from Sapa town) where you will visit the village of Black H’mong hill tribes. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Sapa Valley. Back to hotel.

Day 12: Sapa – Hanoi (B/L)

This morning, trekking to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages inhabited by Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minorities. Enjoy amazing and breath-taking landscapes of terraced paddies, green valleys and meet with friendly local people. Back to the hotel and free at leisure. In the afternoon, we transfer you back to Lao Cai station to take night train back to Hanoi.

Day 13: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)

Arrive in Ha Noi early morning.We depart for Halong Bay,going through the scenic countryside. The wondrous Halong Bay is truly one of Vietnam’s most impressive scenic sights. Heading out of the town we embark on a boat for an exploration of the legendary Halong Bay. This exciting cruise will provide us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear and emerald water. The limestone karsts formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Along the way we will anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and an enjoyable visit to one of the many hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs.

Day 14: Halong Bay Cruising (B/L/D)

After breakfast, transfer to a day trip boat with private crew and cruise to the bay’s most untouched areas. Enjoy swimming on quiet beaches, visiting water tunnels, fishing villages or kayaking. Lunch served on board by your private chef. Return to the boat for other night on Cruise.

Day 15: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)

Waking up and enjoy the sun rising over the Bay. After breakfast, visit beautiful limestone grotto then back to the boat for a final glimpse of the Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 16: Hanoi Departure ( B)

Free at leisure until transferring to Noi Bai airport to take departure flight. It is time to say goodbye Vietnam and we wish you a safe and nice journey back to home. HOME SWEET HOME. End of service.
